Not really: If you believe the claims about drinking vinegar, which is promoted basically as curing everything, you'd lack the discernment that an adult needs to be successful in life. If you're intrigued by "pop" claims and supplements, get with an evidence-based holist. No supplement will benefit a basically-healthy person nearly so much as just getting out and exercising.
