Not really: Apple cider vinegar or any other vinegar isn't needed for good health, nor for life in general. Apple cider vinegar is not an FDA approved medication, so its effects and side effects are mostly uncertain (due to a lack of clear research). As with everything else in life, too much can become a bad thing. That means a little bit of any vinegar a day might be fine, but taking a lot can hurt the body.
