Lymphoma: If there are concerns for lymphoma, then ct scan would be very accurate test to consider.

Typically fixed..: Enlargement of lymph nodes caused by lymphoma are typically fixed. That being said, fixed lymph nodes can be noncancerous and mobile ones can. Seeing a physician who can do a complete history and exam can help determine if further testing for something like a lymphoma is warranted.
