Variable: Lymph node enlargement can have a whole spectrum of size, mobility and texture and by itself is not diagnostic of a disease. You may feel the node every couple of weeks, if the lymph gland doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor.

How can you tell if lymphoma or cancer are present?
Is it true cancerous lymph nodes from lymphoma. Typically cause no pain. Grow. Are hard and fixed to a certain area and bigger than 3cm. ?
So if someone has lymphoma or even another cancer that spread to their lymph nodes. Don't the lymph nodes grow and become hard and firm?
