21 yo male. have had enlarged node in lower right side of neck for over a year now. us 6 mths ago showed reactive node, dr not worried. no symptoms, its around 1 cm oval freely mobile. could this be a slow growing lymphoma?

Likely reactive: It is unclear if the lymph node is increasing in size, but it sounds reactive. You might need a good ENT and oral exam in order to find a source for inflammation in the area. Of course in case changes in size, pain etc have your physician take a look at it.
