Too soon to tell.: You are only four days into your titration onto lamictal. It is too soon to see any beneficial effect and it is unlikely that such a small dose would result in an any significant side effect (other than rash), including a change in mood. If you continue to feel worse as the days pass please contact your doctor.

Patience: You are on a sub-therapeutic dose of lamictal. You will need to work to a higher dose before you start to see benefit.
