Too early: Many people have trouble adjusting to a new med. Hopefully you were diagnosed by a professional so give it more time. Tell your doctor if it too bad or that you may stop. Try to keep taking the med for a while. Its ok to get a second opinion but stay on your meds til you can.

Contact your doc: Let him know what is happening. It does not mean that your diagnosis is wrong. Your doctor knows you. Let him or her decide what would be the next best thing for you to do. It is not unusual to have a long night's sleep and get nightmares, especially if you have not slept well in some time. Your system will likely adjust if you give it time, but call your doctor and let him know.
