Depression: Depression can effect us physically as well. If you are depressed, i recommend you see a psychiatrist who can review the lab work. Your family doctor should make sure you don't have sleep apnea which is present in 20% of people with depression and you do not need to be overweight to have it. Also see a therapist , consider yoga, exercise, acupuncture, diet. Practice good sleep hygiene/spirituality.
