Yes...: Hmm. Is this healthtap or dear abby? Clearly it's bad for your mental health. Sounds like you already know what you want to do and seek "permission." healthiest thing you can do is trust your instincts. Your fears are roadblocks to happiness you've created in your mind. Doing what you need to do despite your fears is the key to personal growth. But some do need help with this (=therapy).
