It can: The off/on depression and mixed feelings toward your boyfriend can be a mental and physical stress to your body. You could experience tension headaches, fatigue and sleep disturbances, to name a few.You may want to consider therapy to help sort out your feelings. This may help with your decision making with your current and future relationships.

Yes...: Hmm. Is this healthtap or dear abby? Clearly it's bad for your mental health. Sounds like you already know what you want to do and seek "permission." healthiest thing you can do is trust your instincts. Your fears are roadblocks to happiness you've created in your mind. Doing what you need to do despite your fears is the key to personal growth. But some do need help with this (=therapy).
