If : If it is just one eye and not the other, there is a higher chance that it is a clogged tear drain. See your local specialist (www.Asoprs.Org) and he can diagnose this.

As : As long as your vision is ok, and you don't have pain, try using some over the counter artificial tear drops in that eye a few times a day for a couple of weeks. If that doesn't work, go see an eye doctor for an evaluation for other issues such as blepharitis, or blocked tear ducts.

There : There can be many causes for epiphora (tearing). They can be caused by dry eyes, clogged lacrimal duct, foreign body, allergies, etc... You should get an evaluation by an ophthalmologist to know what the cause is.
