Both type1& 2 increased, type2the most .Hf corn syrup replaced sugar in 1975, causing inactive b -6, releasing of cortisone receptors, with Insulin resistance, high sugar, and abdominal obesity(gut), and, high fats in blood. No fructose, fruit juice, sugar.

None, really, but-: Keep all carb intake, specifically starch and sugar under 50-60g/day. This does not include non-digestible fiber (both soluble and insoluble), which are counted with total carbs on labels, but also listed separately!
