I need breast implants. should i insist on them for 19th bday?

Hmmmm....: Insist is a pretty strong word; there is no such thing as cosmetic surgery that is urgently needed. Having said that, 19 is not too young for breast augmentation. Why: Maybe the real question is why you think you desperately need them. Or why you are so unhappy with your body. I encourage you to talk to your parents, or a counsellor, candidly about your feelings and expectations. You are very young and your body has not finished doing what it needs to do. Maybe give it time. Remember that no amount of cosmetic surgery will change your perception of you.
