Depends: Wisdom teeth can come in any time in a wide age range, and keeping in mind that everyone develops at a different rate, this probably isn't a major worry. A panoramic x-ray at the dentist can help identify any problems that this might cause.

Seldom: Most erupt around 16 to 20 years of age. Only occasionally as early as 14 or 15.
