That is normal: On a 6 year old the back teeth can exfoliate giving room for the adult teeth. However the wisdom teeth are not present at this young age. The baby molars were probably fell out. See a dentist or a pediatric dentist for any potential spacing issues of the teeth.

Need evaluation: Girls' wisdom teeth erupt about 18-20. There are no baby teeth in the permanent molar area. I really think you should take your child to your family dentist or to a pediatric dental specialist or to an orthodontist to see what's going on. Back baby teeth should not be falling out until about age 9-11. Have it checked.
