Not necessarily: Bone growth in girls is more related to your hormones. Usually growth stops within 2 years after a girl starts her period. Dental eruption doesn't seem to correlate as much.

No: The way to precisely determine if the rest of the bones are formed is by looking at an xray of the wrist or a lateral cephalogram of the head. There is not a correlation between when they are removed and completion of bone growth.
