Labwork and Symptoms: Kidney failure is determined by blood test and clinical symptoms. When your blood test indicate that your kidneys are working less than 15%, then it is considered late. Also if youe develop nausea, vomiting and lack of appetite, these symptoms are also signs of failing kidneys. The only treatment for fialing kidneys are dialysis or transplantation.
