A member asked:

Two questions: 1) what is a narrowing in the spine? how is it treated? 2) the linings on my kidney are extremely thin. is that something to worry abt?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Two poss answers: 1-sounds like spinal stenosis. Usually occurs after middle age, similar to arthritis. 2- sounds like kidney atrophy from CKD (chronic kidney disease) usually associated with blood tests indicating "weak kidneys"? Both situations need doctor's feedback.
