It varies: Most cases of kidney failure caused by one of the blood cancers are reversible if detected early and treated promptly. But your biopsy indicates this may have been ongoing for quite some time. I would have you be patient and be hopeful at least for 4-6 weeks before you will know if this is going to improve or not.
