How will bunion surgery affect my dancing?

Once healed: You may be able to wear shoes more comfortable and therefore improve your dancing.

Should not: Once healed it should not affect your dancing.

8-12 weeks to heal: It wil take 8-12 weeks to heal and could be several months before returning to pre-surgery dance level. It may improve your dancing if the bunions were painful prior to surgery.

Review, an approximate timeline of post op expectations. Inquire about range of motion post op expectations and if you will be able to perform to the same capacity that you do before the surgery.
