8-12 weeks to heal: It wil take 8-12 weeks to heal and could be several months before returning to pre-surgery dance level. It may improve your dancing if the bunions were painful prior to surgery.

There are many : Variables. Such as how bad the bunion is and what procedure is being done to fix it. You should make an appointment with your surgeon to specifically review post op expectations. Review, an approximate timeline of post op expectations. Inquire about range of motion post op expectations and if you will be able to perform to the same capacity that you do before the surgery.
