If i have a spider bite on my neck, will ichthammol ointment help cure it?

?: Ichthammol (aluminum bituminosulphate) ointment is said ton have antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties and is commonly used for skin conditions like boils or carbuncles, acne, eczema. It is commonly used as a "drawing salve." it does not actually draw out objects but it will soften the skin allowing for a boil, pimple etc. To come to a head quicker, thus may help with a bite.
