I got a spider bite on the neck, it's a red bump size of a dime or smaller iches all around it should i be worried?

Usually a boil: "spider bites" aren't usually spider bites, they're abscesses (boils), often caused by staph aureus, usually mrsa. They can sometimes be treated with antibiotics if they're started very early (before they become filled with pus). More often they require drainage.
