May be Staph: Many people mistake pustules due to methicillin-resistant staph aureus for spider bites. Spider bites are extremely uncommon and the back of the neck would be an unusual location if it was a spider bite. Suggest you apply hot wet packs to this every several hours for 15 minutes at a time. If it does not resolve in a day or two go see your local family doctor.
