I : I can't diagnose your condition. However, what you are describing might be an infection. An enlarging lesion on your neck, difficulty moving your neck and a fever. If it is red, swollen, hot to the touch, tender, has drainage, has surrounding swelling or red streaking these would be problematic symptoms. I recommend that you get this evaluated. Because it is now making it hard to move your neck, i would seek care promptly.
