Due to side stretching my neck to a bit, i got sprain in my right side of neck. i don't feel pain but i feel tickling or tight sensation on the scm muscle for 2 days. i applied pain killer ointments but it's ok in morning but i feel it again randomly?

Sprained knee? Twisted while walking dog. Bit of swelling. Pain is 7-8/10. Range of motion is limited. Now calf hurts, muscle is tight can't stretch.
