Lots: Try the following for starters: 1, coconut oil, 2. Low glycemic diet, 3. Peak 8 exercise and 4 b-multivitamin. You may want to try niacin, or if this does not help or not tollerated talk with your doctor gemfiborzil, statin or bile acid seqestrant can help. Low thyroid can increase triglicerides.

Need more info: What is your triglyceride level, if it was tested. Losing weight, limiting your intake of carbohydrates and exercise good ways to control your triglycerides. If you are diabetic, control your blood sugar. It would help to talk to the order who ordered the blood test, if one was done.
