Less fatty foods.: Avoiding fatty foods like cheese, and butter and fast foods is a great way to help lower triglyceride levels.

Cut carbs: Carbohydrates make the liver produce triglycerides, so you may want to cut back on refined carbohydrates (essentially anything white). That would include bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, and sugary foods. Exercise helps too. Good luck!
