Carbs bad for trigs: I agree 100% with the first answer. If cutting out sugar doesn't work then you may need to start cutting out other carbohydrates, specifically starchy foods. This would include potatoes, flour, bread, pasta, rice. Essentially anything white. Thee are the high glycemic index foods and they can be rather rapidly converted to sugar by the body. Most brown bread and rice are also converted to sugar.
