Triglycerides: Sugar: Triglycerides are the fat storage molecules that the body produces from excess sugars or carbs in the diet. They can be reduced naturally without medications in many cases. This is done by lowering the excess calories and especially sugars in the diet and then adding routine exercise to your lifestyle. The exercise can also burn off excess carbs and thus lower your triglyceride count naturally.
