Could be emotional : Emotional stress very frequently causes chest pain as well as a "hot spot" in the costochondritis cartilage of the chest wall.

Hello, I have consulted cardiologist, even done ECG test, hdl/ldl cholesterol test, which was normal, however I cant explain why is my heart rate always above 100bpm when consuming tea/coffee/alcohol, it scares me, is this normal?
