Anxiety: I commend you for being concerned about your health. Feel good about having good Total Cholesterol, HDL, LDL and Triglycerides. Shortness of breath is not due to cardiac problems as Echo Stress EKG is within normal limits. It is likely due to Anxiety because of unresolved feelings and conflicts with parents, siblings, and present relationships, parenting, work and finances. See a Psychiatrist.
