All of it: Eat everything but eat a lot. High calorie foods frequently. Usually high fat foods are the most dens and should be eaten in addition to regular meals. There are 3500 calories in 1 lb of fat. Look at the labels and count them up to your desired weight. Do not forget to exercise as you go unless you wish to be solid fat.
