Ask ur dr: If u mean sertraline, it is usually for anxiety or depression does anxiety cause ur asthma to worsen. Truly talk to ur dr as to why that medication. If he does not give u a good answer get a second opinion also check ur other tablets to make sure everything u take is compatable.

See below: Asthma is a psychosomatic disease. Untreated depression can make asthma worse. Sertraline would treat that.
