See an allergist: Shortness of breath despite multiple asthma medications means one of three things : 1) you're being over treated (using long -acting bronchodilators when you don't really need them can actually cause shortness of breath); 2) this isn't really asthma ; 3) your asthma is very difficult to treat. At your age, all three of these are possible. You need an allergist, not the internet, to sort this out.
