Variable: Grade 3 and 4i chondromalacia is the degree of cartilage wear. 4 is bone showing...So more advanced weara meniscal grading is different our grade 13 is minimal change grade 2 change means into body of meniscus and 3 is thru superior and inferior margins and can be a surgical indication.
