Keep playing: The risk factors for development of cvi are heredity, pregnancy, age, prolonged standing/sitting, obesity. If you are not having any problems now such as leg pain, swelling, cramps, restless legs symptoms, heaviness, fatigue, then continue doing the same. Should you have symptoms, try compression hose 20-30 mm hg below the knee which may help relieve them.

No need worry: By cvi, i believe you mean chronic venous insufficiency. The biggest risk factor for varicose is heredity. Sitting or standing in one place may be a minor risk factor, but if you are moving around then it should not matter. The most important thing for you is to stay fit, near ideal body weight, and active.

Limited: Chronic venous insufficiency is usually related to vein valve damage. However, standing in one position for long periods of time can increase venous pressure in the lower legs. It is for that reason that certain professions get varicose veins; teachers, surgeons, nurses, cashiers, etc. Compression stocking therapy should be considered with support hose if you plan to stand for long periods.
