Keep moving around: Haven't heard of a set number of hours. Try standing with feet shoulder-width apart & knees straight, but not locked. Hold head straight. Aim the top of the head toward the ceiling. Shoulders should be back & straight. Tuck in the tummy. When standing on concrete for long periods, change positions frequently with the help of a low stool or footrest. Rest one foot at a time on the stool for 30 sec.
