Conserve energy: In addition to staying active, it's important to conserve your energy when possible. Think of your energy as a bank. Your savings are lower when you are getting chemo and radiation, so you need to budget them! you can sit down while brushing your teeth, limit trips on the stairs, sit while cooking, etc. To save your energy for that walk at the end of the day.
