Chemotherapy: Is tumor marker (CA19.9) rising? Any evidence of tumor metastases to other organs now? If the tumor is truly progressed or failed on the previous treatment, a different chemotherapy (available as a salvage treatment for pancreatic cancer) or clinical trial may be considered. Suggest to discuss with your oncologist about your current disease status and options forward.
