Do chemotherapy and radiotherapy have the same side effects? or radiotherapy is easier to tolerate?

Apples & oranges: Some side effects are similar (like fatigue) some others very different. Depends a lot on the type and intensity of the chemo as well as the intensity and target area of the radiation mixed with the general health of the patient. It is not proper to generalize and say chemo is easier than radiation or radiation easier than chemo. I've seen people do well or get very sick with either.
