Many things: Low energy levels can be due to diets high in sugars so aim for low glycemic foods, drink water not caffeine, exercise, get good sleep, but also have your doctor check for low iron (ferritin stores), B12 and vitamin d levels. Its having a consistently healthy lifestyle that keeps energy levels high.
