Treat Symptoms: Covid symptoms may be very uncomfortable. Coughing and lung discomfort as well as nausea and lack of energy are all common symptoms. See a Dr for Struggling to breathe, O2 less than 93, Blue lips/nails, Persistent chest pain, confusion. Treat pain/headache with pain reliever, congestion with decongestants, Fever with fever reducer, and drink lots of fluids, get lots of rest, eat as you can.

COVID 19: Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lip or face, persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion. Otherwise, call your PCM and advice of your symptoms for more guidance.Rest, hydrate, quarantine & eat healthfully. Consider use of acetaminophen, saline for nasal irrigation, decongestant or cough syrup.
