Could be caffeine OD: some energy drinks have relatively modest amounts of caffeine, and some have quite a bit. Chocolate also has caffeine in it, and I don't know what kind of candy you are talking about. I would cut way back on your caffeine intake, and if these symptoms are still bothering you, see your doctor or go to an urgent care center to have your pulse and blood pressure checked etc.
