Healthy habits.: Eat healthy all year round. Minimize sugar or sweets, have more fruits vegetables and protein , high fiber diets.Eat in moderation 3 times a day. Don't eat late at night.As supplements i believe in the benefits of omega-3 and antioxidants. You don't need extra vitamins.
