Yes: If you are having trouble getting pregnant or have had miscarriages. You will need to get evaluated. If you know you have fibroids, sometimes the size, location can prevent an embryo from proper implantation, it can usually be seen on an ultrasound.

Yes both: Fibroids can interfere with every part of the pregnancy path from conception to delivery. There are 3 types of fibroids based on location in the uterus: submucosal (along the lining), intramural (in the muscular wall), and subserosal (outer edge). Submucosal and large intramural fibroids can distort the uterine cavity and lead to miscarriage.

Possible: Depending on location and size, fibroids can cause miscarriage, premature delivery, pain, and abnormal presentation of the fetus. However, it is not likely to prevent pregnancy.

Both.: Subfertility/infertility and increased fetal loss risk are both possible consequences of uterine fibroids. See a gynecologist or infertility specialist for details about your care.

Depends on location: They can if they are located inside the lining of the uterus (i.e. Submucosal), otherwise they shouldn't unless they are very large.
