What can i do for fibromiologia ?

Fibromyalgia: See a doctor for diagnosis. Treatment can include support groups, exercise/physical therapy, coq12 supplements, pain medications, fibromyalgia medications such as savella, (milnacipran) lyrica, Cymbalta and others, antidepressants, water exercises. It's important to stretch everyday - your adominal muscles, chest, neck, shoulders, lower back, legs and feet. Deep breathing exercises help many people as well.

See your docotr: They can put you on antiinflammatories to help the pain and antidepressants to help improve your mood, get you to sleep better, and give you some energy. Light exercise for 20 minutes per day like walking is important also.
