I have thin stools but all of my tests came back negative including my ct scan. could it still be cancer?

Need endoscopy: 28 yr old , cancer is unlikely diagnosis, yet young people are not immune, you must have a endoscopy, especially if you have family history of colon cancer. Your problem is most likely due to anal fissure, thin stool is due to spasm.
