Just got braces. what can i use to heal my gums?

Sore gums : Try some warm salt water rinses to sooth the tissues. There are also some good otc products to dab on the gum to numb it till healing.

Braces: I'm not sure i understand your question. Braces should not be hurting your gums. Failure to properly brush and floss can lead to gum issues. The answer is rather simple if this is the case-brush and floss daily. There really is no getting around it.

Warm salt water: The health of your mouth is a key element.

Rinse w salt water: It should help. You do need to take a couple of days for your mouth to adjust to having the braces, however.
