A member asked:

Why would my heart speed up from 85 to110-120 bpm after i eat? (bp normal, no caffeine at meal)

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Some thoughts...: One can keep a diary of symptoms, including foods eaten, how long after eating before the symptoms start, how long symptoms last, what makes it better, what makes it worse, etc., on a big calendar, and take the calendar to his primary care doctor, and maybe to a cardiologist (to look into why the heart output needs to go up after meals) and an endocrinologist (to check Insulin & thyroid hormones).
