Why does my heart speed up when i stand up? My heart has been acting strange lately. When I am seated my heart beat is normal, around 60 beats per minute. But when i stand it jumps to around 100 bpm. Should i be worried about this?
My heart rate increased to 200 BPM when doing bike exercise for 5 min at a speed of 50 km/hour. Is this safe? I have rvh. It last at least for 5 min.

Is your resting heart rate supposed to be taken when you wake up in the morning and are still in bed? Mine can be in the low 60s while waking up but later in the day it can change from anywhere from 60-90 BPM. I dont know when I should take it?
