What can i eat / take / do to help me get more energy during the second trimester?

Eat healthy: Make sure you are taking your vitamins, and make sure your hb is normal as it can drop during preg and u may need additional iron and i assume they have checked your thyroid as I do in all my pts at their 1st visit, because hypothyroid can cause decreased energy and make sure u are sleeping as well as possible.
